Atkins, Paleo, Mediterranean, Keto, Cabbage Soup, the list goes on. Women should eat salad. Women should not eat red meat. Women should not eat beef and lift weight. Women should eat lettuce and do cardio. WRONG ! If you like eating lettuce and doing cardio, stop here and proceed with the skinny hungry life. That’s ok. If you want to be strong and feel good and combat hormones, read on!
There is ZERO reason a woman cannot eat like a man. We as humans have been eating animals and animal products since the literal beginning of time. Women then still got pregnant, still got fibroids, still went through menopause, still had hormonal imbalances. The ONLY difference now is we know TOO much so we fall for this NONSENSE on the internet and instagram and facebook selling us PROCESSED FAKE products to “help” us women. Guess what? Men have hormonal imbalances too. Men go through changes earlier than us. We are all HUMAN BEINGS. We NEED proper unprocessed foods to rid of inflammation caused by IMPROPER PROCESSED foods. The products they are selling us are harmful and the advice they are giving us is wrong. We all need meat, dairy and animal fat. We all need regular exercise and muscle. It is VERY simple. It is far more simple than you think and if you think THEY have your best interest in mind, you’re wrong. They want us women to buy supplements, follow certain costly diets, and when these things don’t work, we can all go buy plastic surgery. LADIES (and gentlemen for that matter) EAT REAL FOODS, DRINK REGULAR WATER, GET 8 HOURS OF SLEEP, EXERCISE AND LIFT WEIGHT!! If you need help, send us a message! We actually care
